60 kilo probat drive system

Pretty happy with this modified drive set up we did for a beautiful 60 kilo Probat owned by perhaps my favorite coffee roaster.  VFD driven Baldor motor with a right angle drive rated for easily 10 times the service factor that it will ever see.  This modification was done with respect for the timelessness of the machine itself, both of which could see another century in service.
